IMPas' Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have agreed to the terms of this TOS. You may commission me through DMs, or my email below.
General TOS
1. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.2. Turnaround rate is a week to 2 months, depending on circumstance.3. I do not post commissions to social media unless specifically asked (and I have the right to refuse doing so.). You are welcome to post it yourself though.4. Do not use my art in AI or and blockchain-related technology.
Skeb Commissions
Skeb commissions are done the following way:
1. You tell me what you want me to draw. You may give me reference for the character(s) you'd like.2. I return to you within the turnover time, and only update you if it's taking me over the duration.3. You give me no input, I give you no revisions.4. You receive the finished piece. Again there are no revisions; it's like a surprise.5. Because you give me no input, these commissions are done at a reduced price from my normal commissions.
Payment
Payment is through Paypal Only, though I may be looking into future payment methods.Payments are done only through invoice. I do not use friends and family for commissions.Tips are not required, but appreciated! Ko-fi can be used if you don't feel comfortable tipping the invoice.
Revisions
Revisions are to be made in the sketch phase. I will do my best to accommodate, but further major revisions might require additional payment. Minor revisions will come at no extra cost.- Minor Revisions: Color correction, adding markings, changes in expression- Major Revisions: Redrawing a pose, adding clothing, changing a hairstyle, anything that requires additional drawingPlease be clear in your initial request so no changes will need to be made.Skeb Commissions cannot receive revisions.
Refunds
If you wish to cancel during the thumbnail or sketch phase, you will receive a full refund.Once the linework or beyond has started, no refund will be issued.I have the right to offer cancellation or refund for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate or rude behavior, poor communication, or inability to finish the piece on my end.
